I am unable to register my thermostat on the Total Connect Comfort website

Total Connect Comfort is an online portal alternative to the Honeywell Total Connect Comfort app (available for iOS and Android devices).

To register your thermostat on the Total Connect Comfort website, follow these steps:

Step 1:

Connect your thermostat to your home WiFi network. This procedure differs depending on your thermostat model, as explained in the user manual provided in the package. If you don’t have the user manual, fi nd your WiFi Thermostat here. Select your model, then open it at the bottom of the page. Confi rm thermostat display shows “CONNECTION SUCCESSFUL” at the end of the process, and ensure you have a strong WiFi connection under the Menu.
Step 2:

Create an account on Total Connect Comfort. The first time you visit the online portal, select your region and country. Click the Create an Account icon, then read and accept the End User License Agreement. On the next screen, enter the required contact information and click Next. An e-mail with an activation link will be sent to you within a few minutes. Please check your junk or spam mailboxes if you don’t receive the activation email. If you still haven’t received an activation email, you may need to use an alternate email account to register your thermostat. If you register with an alternate email and still haven’t received an activation email, please call Honeywell Customer Care at 1-855-733-5465.
Step 3:

On your fi rst login, you are prompted to create a location. Enter the location details of where the thermostat is installed. The Outdoor Weather displayed on your thermostat depends on your location details. Please enter them fully.
Step 4:

You are then asked to enter the thermostat MAC ID and CRC, found in the menu on some models and printed on the back of all. If you already have devices, add thermostats to existing locations using the “Settings” button on the Locations screen.
