What should I do if I get a message stating my Lyric C1 or C2 camera is offline?

If the Lyric C1 or C2 WiFi Security Camera is showing offline in the Lyric App, verify the following items:
- Verify your home WiFi network is working.
- Verify the camera is still connected to power.
- Check the Lyric app or email to verify that scheduled maintenance isn't happening.
If your problem is not resolved, contact Honeywell Lyric Support at 1-800-633-3991.
