T9/T10 Thermostat Error Message: “Can’t Enter Enroll Mode – another device is in enroll mode. Please try again later”

Check for other RedLINK capable devices that are in enrollment mode (this mode is displayed on thermostat screens or via flashing lights on sensors). Make sure to complete the setup of those devices. Once you’re certain no other devices are in enrollment mode, reset your thermostat by either gently pulling it off the wall near the base of the thermostat, allowing for one minute to pass, then placing it back on the wall, or by turning the service switch on your furnace/AC system off for 30 seconds. The device should recover within about 10 minutes.
