Where should I install my HE360 Powered Flow-Through Humidifier?

The HE360 Powered Flow – Through Humidifier can only be installed on the warm air supply of the furnace or Air Handler. The humidifier needs to draw heated air across the pad in order to maximize the humidification output. If the HE360 Powered Flow – Through Humidifier is mounted on the return side it will greatly reduce the efficiency of the Humidifier. If space restrictions prevent installation on the warm air supply, you should consider the HE260, a bypass flow - through humidifier.
