How to Reset Honeywell Router
Last updated
Check your router model for a RESET button. If you do not have a RESET button, the most common way to reset your router is by unplugging it from the power socket, waiting a few seconds, then plugging it back in.
You can also perform a soft reset by unplugging the internet cable, waiting for a few seconds, then plugging it back in.
In order to reset your router to the factory settings, please see your owner's manual. Please check your router manual for any limitations that might apply to resetting your router. If the information in the owner's manual is not clear, we recommend contacting your router manufacturer directly.
If you successfully reset your router but your thermostat still can't see the WiFi network, please visit the support section for our WiFi thermostats.
