Home Energy Report: How to reconnect your thermostat?

To reconnect your thermostat to WiFi, make sure your router is powered on and broadcasting. Restart your router by pressing the ON/OFF button or by unplugging the device then plugging back in after approximately five seconds.

To reset your home WiFi, refer to the router's instruction manual. When the WiFi network has been restored, the thermostat will automatically reconnect.
