How do I reset the password on my Home account?

If you have forgotten your Home account password or would like to reset the password of your Home account, select the “Forgot Password” link on the Log In screen of your Home app. We will send an email to the email address you used when creating your account that will enable you to reset your password. Simply click the “Reset Password” button in the email and you will be asked to create a new password. This email will be sent from Connected-Home (HoneywellHomes@honeywell.com).
If you have not received the password reset email after five minutes, please check the Spam folder of your email account. If your activation email went to your Spam folder, please add our email address, HoneywellHomes@honeywell.com, to your contacts and trusted mail sources as specified by your email client or ISP. If you do not find it in the Spam folder, click on the “Resend” button in the Home app and the activation email will be resent. If you still do not receive your activation email, please contact the Home Technical Support team at 1-800-633-3991 for help.
